New Principal Announcement

I am pleased to announce that Miss Alexandria Cirko has accepted the position of Principal at Saint Elizabeth Elementary School.  Miss Cirko has been the principal at Saint Paul School in Wilmington, for the last three years.  Miss Cirko has been employed as a teacher and educator in Catholic Schools throughout her professional career.

Miss Cirko holds a master’s degree in Catholic Educational Leadership from Neumann University, and a bachelor’s degree from Holy Family University in Philadelphia, PA.  She currently serves as President of the Catholic Elementary Principals Organization here in the diocese and she is an active volunteer and leader of numerous professional development workshops for teachers.  Miss Cirko is also a talented musician and liturgist and looks forward to sharing those skills with the Saint Elizabeth Elementary School.

Miss Cirko was identified after a thorough search and interview process in which a number of very well qualified candidates were considered for appointment.  She was the unanimous choice of the principal selection committee and will bring a strong focus to Catholic identity and academic excellence in her leadership.

Miss Cirko will join the Saint Elizabeth community on July 12th.  Please join me in welcoming her to Saint Elizabeth in a spirit of Benedictine hospitality and peace. Miss Cirko will be in the school during these summer days. Please feel free to stop in and introduce yourself.

May your summer be a time for refreshment

and a great time to build family memories.

See you in church! – Fr. Carroll
